Today our country celebrated 100 years of Naval Aviation. Most likely half the nation did not realize how big of a day this is but in Coronado we knew. The Coronado bridge was even closed due to the amount of people trying to get on the island. The Navy put on a wonderful display of all the aircrafts that have flown at some point over the last 100 years. Some of the planes were bright in color, some very loud and some very fast. The Blue Angels started off the show and the USS Stennis battle group ended it. The battle group consists of about 40 aircrafts and they flew in formation. It was awesome. It was a beautiful day in San Diego and we all had a great time. It was a long afternoon watching all the displays but a quick nap at the end did Connor well.
