Today was the end to
another wonderful soccer season.
Both kids played this year and it was fun and booked up our
Saturdays. This was Connors third
season and he really enjoyed this year.
He realized close to the end of the season that he really enjoyed
playing Goalie. My stomach had a
hard time dealing with this position but he did great. We would go to the park on Sunday
afternoons and practice punting.
Dad and I are very proud of him and a great season. He had his party after his game today
and got his trophy. Alexis had her
last game. This was her first time
playing soccer or any type of team sports. Not sure she enjoyed it as much as we thought she
would. Hopefully she will stick
with it. Her party is next weekend
since her coach is out on a ship right now.
