What is a Legend?? To many this could mean many different things. It could be a myth, or an emblem or a very special and inspirational person. Well, my Mother was honored today in Coronado with a “Legends” award. The Soroptimist choose three women in our community that have shown an exceptional amount of volunteerism and commitment. My Mom, of course, was chosen. This is a huge award and honor to be given. She had all her family and friends around her to support her and she gave a great speech. We have always known how special she is and how much she does for everyone else and it was very nice to see her acknowledged for this today. Way to go Mom!!! We Love you and are inspired by you daily.
